1. A full hosting cPanel backup zip file, which includes ALL website files, images, text, code, MYSQL databases, and email accounts associated with renaissanceartistcollective.com. This file can be used to migrate the entire website and email service to any hosting provider of your choice that uses the cPanel hosting interface. This backup file will be delivered via Google Drive
2. A written agreement declaring legal transfer of my website development content to you, an agreement set in-perpetuity
3. I will also agree to permit full unrestricted usage of the RAC promotional video that I created, and will send you the original video file via Google Drive
4. I will provide you full administrator access to the renaissanceartistcollective.com wordpress website
5. I will offer hosting & SSL services to continue to be provided for renaissanceartistcollective.com
until the end of this month ( March 31st, 2024 ) to give you ample time to complete the website hosting transfer to a different provider of your choice
